Other things to note Check in can be done at any time, as long as it is informed in advance. Due to the Portuguese Immigration Policy, our guests must have at least one identity card (passport or identity card) and send a photo of it or provide the following data: Full name, date and place of birth, place of residence, nr passport/citizen card and country of issue. According to the regulations of the Municipality of Mafra, we must charge €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st to April 30th). The daily rate is per guest, over 12 years old, and per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights per person. (Regulation No. 859-A/2018, of December 11, 2018, issued by the Mafra Chamber). Lovely, clean apartment with a gorgeous view of the sea! From the balcony, you can enjoy a great view of the sunset. The apartment is well located: The supermarket and the town center/beach are within walking distance. Sandra was always easy to reach and very kind and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay. ☀️

The flat is as described, even bigger than it looks. The center of Ericeira is pretty quick to reach and there's a beach right in front of the building. There's a supermarket down the street so you don't need a car if you plan to stay in Ericeira. Sandra was very reactive and very kind ! We will definitely stay here again.

Above all, we liked the apartment's very central location: close to shops, the beach and the old town. We also loved that the apartment is cozy but furnished in a rather minimalist style. We would have liked to have had more than just one set of towels per person for the eight days, but Sandra promptly brought them to us when we asked. We had a good time and would be happy to come back!

We had a lovely few days here. The beach is close, as are the supermarket and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and is lovingly furnished. Sandra is very friendly and helpful. We would come back:)

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is amazing, super clean, with every kitchen appliance you need and great views. The location is also perfect, a short walk to the beach, to the city center, with a supermarket and shops close by. Sandra was a great host, very sweet, helpful and responsive. 100% recommended!
