Very quiet condominium, with outdoor and indoor hot water pool. Gardens with deck, loungers and chairs. Tennis court (by appointment) and free parking inside the condominium. It is located 200m walk from the beach and the supermarket and 10 minutes walk from the center of the village. The touristic tax must be paid at the checkout ( cash, revolut or pay). 1,20€ or 2,40€ / guest/night ( max 7 nights) depending on the season. The space Beautiful apartment with balcony overlooking the sea. Incredible sunsets! Modern decoration in Nordic style, it has a fully equipped kitchen in open space with the living room. It has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher and clothes washer, microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room, with dining area, has a sofa bed with a chaise longue in front of a smart TV. The private balcony has a table, chairs and awning to enjoy pleasant meals overlooking the pool and sea. WC with generously sized walkin shower cubicle. With hair dryer The apartment has central heating and a portable fan for the summer. First floor with elevator. Free WiFi with great speed. Includes bed linen and towels Other things to note Check in can be done at any time, as long as it is informed in advance. Due to the Portuguese Immigration Policy, our guests must have at least one identity card (passport or identity card) and send a photo of it or provide the following data: Full name, date and place of birth, place of residence, nr passport/citizen card and country of issue. According to the regulations of the Municipality of Mafra, we must charge €2.20 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.10 in low season (November 1st to April 30th). Great location in Ericeira with walkable distance to town and beach. Nice and quiet place, fresh and nice apartment. Pool is larger than at most apartment complexes.

This is our 2nd visit to Sandra’s. Always friendly and very responsive on questions. Everything you need from an apartment, pool is great and never that busy. Close to supermarket and restaurant. Beach 2 minute walk away and main square a 15 minute stroll with lots of restaurants on route. Love Ericeira

We had a fantastic time staying here! The property exceeded our expectations—we spent our days making full use of the pool and tennis courts, and the nearby beach was perfect for catching waves and surfing. The local food scene was incredible, and we couldn't have asked for better weather. A absolute gem of a stay, highly recommended!
